1. HOW TO MEASURE MY DOG?

Our sizing is based off measurements around the chest and length of the body, NOT based off of weight. The most important measurement is the chest girth measurement. Measure right underneath your pups armpits and go around the largest part of their chest. As each dog is completely different, please measure your dog and refer to the sizing chart (Below the product description)

 

2.WHAT SIZE TO ORDER FOR MY FRENCHIE?

Our dog apparel is mostly designed for French Bulldogs & Pugs, Boston Terriers, please refer to the size chart below the product details & measure your Frenchies as the photo displayed, or email us, messenger us with your questions.

NOTE: 
If your Frenchie is still a pup, please buy 1 size UP at least as they grow too fast. If you want to purchase a dog clothes for their full-grown age, ( Chest Size for a Full-Grown Frenchie is about 20''- 23'') XL, or 2XL would be good choice. You can also refer to our Purchase Tips Page for more help.

 

3.IS THE SIZE THE SAME FOR ALL CLOTHES?

No, it might be little different on sizes since the fabric,designs & cut, you might need to refer to each of the size chart (below product description) before ordering

Our dog clothes mostly are shipped from Korea, China, the UK, depending on the proximity to your location and the warehouse inventory. We strive to get your items to you as soon as possible, and as a result, you may receive more than one package for your order.

If your tracking information hasn't been updated recently, don't worry. Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email, your package is still on the way.

Frenchiely does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, complaints should be directed to the carrier. Please reference the tracking number that was emailed to you in your shipment confirmation. Please contact us immediately if you need more help.

11.RETURNS

Every French Bulldog is the love of life for their owners, all these little creatures have angel smile but too vulnerable skin, for better protection of every french bulldog, please make sure all your returned products are: undamaged, unused, unwashed, hair-free, resellable within 30 days of the purchase date.

Returns based on sizes could not be acceptable. Please contact us before placing an order if you have any doubt about sizes. If you receive a wrong product or defective product, just let us know, we would send a replacement immediately and cover the shipping cost. 

Note: 

Final Sale products do not meet our return policy.

 

12.EXCHANGES

We no longer accept exchanges based on sizes since January 19th, 2019. Because all the returned products would be thrown away and never been sold again(French Bulldogs, Pugs are with too vulnerable skin), but we have better solutions for that, email us with your order number if you have the question. We would provide a satisfying solution.

 

13.CAN I PUT DOG CLOTHES INTO WASHING MACHINE?

For dog apparel specifically, our recommended hand wash with a hypoallergenic pet friendly soap/detergent, and air dry. 

If you prefer to use a washing machine, please be sure to use cold water on the delicates cycle & air dry

NOTE: 

Shiny Reflective Dog Clothes & Metalic Dog Outfits HAND WASH ONLY, machine wash might ruin the fabric.

Quick Tips (If You’re Short on Time):

Before placing your order, write down your Frenchie’s age, chest girth, back length, and neck girth in the Order Notes section (found below the Shopping Cart). This helps us double-check the size before shipping.

For Full-Grown French Bulldogs

Step 1: Measure Your Frenchie
Use a soft measuring tape to measure:

• Chest Girth: Measure right under your pup’s armpits and around the largest part of their chest.
• Neck Girth: Measure around the base of the neck.

💡 Note: Weight may not always be accurate for sizing. Each dog is unique, so always measure and refer to the sizing chart on the product page.

 

Step 2: Pick the Right Size
Choose your favorite outfit and check the size chart under the product description.

• If your Frenchie is between two sizes, go for the larger one.
• For stretchy fabrics, you can size down for a snug fit. If you prefer a looser style, opt for the larger size.

For French Bulldog Puppies

If your Frenchie is already home:

• Measure them with soft tape and refer to the size chart under each product description.
• Since cuts and fabrics vary, always check the individual size chart before adding to your cart.

If you haven’t brought your Frenchie home yet:

• Start with size M or L as a general guide.
• Important: Puppies grow quickly! We recommend choosing 1-2 sizes UP to allow for growth.

 

💡 Planning for their full-grown size?
Standard full-grown French Bulldogs have a chest size of 20"-23". Sizes XL or 2XL are typically the best fit.
