Shipping Rates

Within the U.S. (Domestic)

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $29.99.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 for orders under $29.99.
  • Note: For addresses in Guam, Palau, Puerto Rico, APO, and other U.S. islands, free shipping applies to orders over $49.99.

UK/Australia

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $49.99.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99 for orders under $49.99.

Worldwide

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $79.00.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $9.90 for orders under $79.00.

Express Shipping:
Please note that express shipping is unavailable for the following U.S. locations:

  • Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Palau, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, APO/FPO.

Important Notes

  • Customs & Tariff Fees: These are not included in the shipping cost and may vary by country.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Customized products may take 5–7 business days.
  • Customs Holds: If customs holds your package, please contact them with the tracking information we’ll email once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We aim to protect every French Bulldog's sensitive skin, so please follow these guidelines:

  1. Eligibility for Return:

    • Items must be undamaged, unused, unwashed, hair-free, and resellable.
    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Exceptions:

    • We do not accept returns for reasons like "I don’t like it" or "I no longer need it" (effective January 19, 2019).
    • Returns based on sizing issues are not accepted. Please contact us if you’re unsure about sizes before placing an order.
  3. Wrong or Defective Products:

    • If you receive the wrong or defective product, please let us know. We will send a replacement immediately and cover the shipping cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not available for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
  • Final Sale Products: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
